Apartment Review for Empire - Milwaukee, WI

We rented a very tiny corner studio (less than 350 sq ft). Very poorly insulated and not well heated (get ready to pay for running your own heaters). Semi-secure, easy to get in if you need to (although packages don't seem to get delivered correctly.) The neighborhood is fairly safe, never had a problem walking at night. Average as far as noise goes in the building. $50 a month for one parking spot, good luck finding street parking and not getting tickets. Very hard to contact manager (never around). We only rented in this area because it was near bus lines and within walking distance to MSOE. Otherwise, it's becoming even more overpriced ($515, soon to be $665 for studio)
