Apartment Review for Evergreen Square - Milwaukee, WI

I know it is hard to believe in this day and age BUT it's true. The things that have gone wrong in my apartment were fixed within 2 hours of me calling the maintenance office. Parking is ample, also these buildings (4 buildings with 75 one bedroom units each) are only 1 block from 2 major bus routes (1 E&W - 1 N&S), close to shopping, banks, restaurants, etc. Very Good neighborhood, LOW crime with good property values. This complex is located in a single family, well established community. My neighbors are friendly yet they tend to mind their own business and leave others alone. The apartments are modern and very well taken care of, Freshly painted with either new or newer carpeting and appliances.
