Apartment Review for Jael Properties/Dennis Lutynski - Milwaukee, WI

You have to withhold the rent to get anything done in this house, and then you even have to do it yourself! Very irresponsible landlord! Very nice apartment, but he is not fixing anything. 6 months (!) without proper heat in loft, windows get stuck, 1 week broken dishwasher, no repairs at all. Doesn't call back and denies getting voice mails. Lies. Neighborhood and neighbors are great, but don't rent from this guy, expecially with the high rents he charges for a suposingly luxury apartment. Look elsewhere.
