Apartment Review for Jefferson Block Apartments - Milwaukee, WI

I had a very good experience at this apartment complex. It s a nice property with condo-quality apartments for a reasonable price. Property management was helpful to get my bearings set around town. 3rd Ward is one of the best neighborhoods in Milwaukee. Many restaurants, cafes, and theaters in walking distance, even in the dead of Winter there s activity. Keep in mind it s a busy area w/summertime festivals. That said, it s as soundproof as I ve ever found an apartment to be - not a house in the burbs - but good for downtown living.
