Apartment Review for Jefferson Block Apartments - Milwaukee, WI

I have lived at Jefferson Block for many, many years and overall, have been very pleased with my home. My rent was great compared to our overpriced next door neighbor, plus the ladies in the office were much more helpful and accommodating than the Gaslight team, from my experiences with them. I have noticed several new faces over the years but I suppose that is to be expected these days. While I didn't use the amenities it was nice to know I had access to a fitness center and party room if I wanted them (I think they're free too!). Maintenance was always responsive, I never had much of a need for them but when the occasional light bulb burnt out, they're always very attentive. Unfortunately my schedule didn't allow me to attend many of the parties but when I did go, it was great getting to know the management and my neighbors; they're really all a friendly bunch. There is no denying that the festival grounds are across the street but considering all the chaos, I was pleased with the low level of noise I heard. The majority of noise was from the street, not my neighbors. I was impressed that I didn't have to hear my neighbors flushing their toilets or running their laundry; I couldn't ask for much more than that in an apartment. I was sorry to leave and certainly wouldn't have aside from my job transferring me out of state. I would recommend Jefferson Block to anyone looking for a great place to live in a fantastic neighborhood and at an affordable price!
