I had a great experience when I moved in. The managers let me get my key early due to my work schedule, everything was clean and in good condition. One evening I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment without my phone or wallet. I managed to get someone to let me use their phone to call the managers, who informed me that there would be a $10 charge just for unlocking my apartment! When I asked why, she was extremely short and rude to me. The manager who actually unlocked my apartment asked for the $10 as soon as he unlocked the door.
