My advice is to do some investigations of the complex before signing any type of lease here. Management completly sucks, no timelly maintenance, parking sucks and the current manager is a total ass, fake and not friendly enough to maintain the job that she is to accomplish and a repeated proffessional liar. If you are spiritual you'll know what Im talking about.  Need to rent an apartment?
