Apartment Review for New Land Enterprises - Milwaukee, WI

While my apartment on Ivanhoe Place was adorable, this management company is horrible. They turned the heat off in March, when it was still below freezing at night and never responded to an email I sent about it. Later that month the heat was also broken for two weeks, which is ridiculous. Finally when I moved out, they took a large amount of money from my security deposit for something that I did not do. Overall, very unhappy with them & would NOT recommend renting with them. They went bankrupt this year and are trying to get away with everything they can.
