Apartment Review
The worst in the city!
Review Date: 5/15/2010
Reviewer: Anonymous

I have lived in the better building of all the Dan Bruckner properties, for two years. It has been the worst rental nightmare! Roaches! Mice! and black mold in the basement and the bathroom walls. All of the toilets leak so the lower apartments get rained down. They paint to cover the mold but it resurfaces. If you even dare call the bought out city inspectors Dan Bruckner will retaliate and give you a 28day notice to leave the premises. Then they have the audacity to stay with the deposit no matter what you do! Please don't get deceived by the nice, chubby trashy manager that lives on site that complains about how horrible Dan Bruckner is, he will be the first one to lie and stab you in the back with a fake complaint about you to get you out of the building. PLEASE for the sake of your children and yourself do NOT rent any Dan Bruckner properties. He's filthy rich and will do anything to scam money out of hard working people. None of the complains will ever be heard and if you complain too much you will find yourself on the street, and watch out he's a retired lawyer!
