I can't say one good thing about this place. From the first day we moved in until the day we were kicked out for no reason. Heat was subpar at best, hot water was a joke, the staff was useless, and the owner was just about the worst person you can imagine having to deal with. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM SHOVERS REALTY, YOU WILL BE SORRY.  Need to rent an apartment?
