Apartment Review for Twin Lamps/U & I Properties - Milwaukee, WI

U & I PROPERTIES IS THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER. Repairs that were promised to be made before we moved in still haven't been done OVER ONE YEAR LATER. Because of the atrocious management, other renters either leave before their lease is up or a few stick around because they are unsavory characters that play loud music all times of day and repeatedly take other renter's assigned parking spaces.

The property manager is not only dim witted, but a con artist. She made false verbal agreements of different degrees to different tenants. I discovered after speaking with other tenants, she NEVER followed through. She would repeatedly pop over all times of the day (once on a Saturday night at 10 pm) without any notice (illegal). Please save your time and money, DO NOT RENT FROM U & I. I am still waiting on my deposit check and expect to get it in court at this rate. The property manager is all lies, lies, lies. If you do rent, GET EVERYTHING ON PAPER.
