Apartment Review for Wilson Park Garden Apartments - Milwaukee, WI

The apartments are good in size. but has gone GHETTO. Maintnance? forget about it Tammi will not answer or call you back, and say they didnt get a call or message. Ghetto, over crouded, outdated, dark apartment buildings. If you buy a new car, park it a block away because by the end of the day your new car will have dents/scratches all over. The streets are not well maintained OR the apartments. Dont complain or you will be kicked out and taken to court (hah). Daniel Brookner is not running this Apartment complex right and neeeeeds to be replaced with someone who can do it. There are many OVER CROUDED apartments !!(there were over 20 people living in one apartment complex) not worth the rent they ask for. You guys suck Ass (Get Replacements). You should be charging ghetto south side/north side prices for rent. lots of drug dealers. Happy to be out of this SHIT HOLE. KIDS ARE ALWAYS IN THE DUMPSTERS. I would not let my children play outside the apartment buildings, Wayyy toooo much poop and pee in front of the walkways. Many times the hallway would smell like strong pee. NOT a Safe environment for Clean People.
